What: Safety Town is a fun summer safety education camp for children 4.5 to 6 years of age. They drive pedal cars in a child-size town, sing, make arts and crafts and play games that reinforce the safety lessons.

Air Force Band of the Golden West at the PAC

What: The Band of the Golden West is the Air Force’s only active-duty musical unit west of the Rocky Mountains. Stationed at Travis Air Force Base in the San Francisco Bay area, the band is composed of some 60 talented musicians under the command of Capt. Rafael F. Toro-Quiñones. In addition to performing for civilian audiences throughout the western states, the band supports 13 air bases, eight reserve wings and six recruiting squadrons in more than 250 annual performances.
