Canyon Theatre Guild – “A Little Princess”

Canyon Theatre Guild – “Gypsy”
When: Friday and Saturday Evening at 8pm on:  February 17, 18, 24 and 25; Sunday Matinees at 2pm on:  February 26
Where: Canyon Theatre Guild, 24242 Newhall Street, Old Town Newhall
Details: The stage of Canyon Theatre Guild says goodbye to “Gypsy” this weekend.  So, get your tickets now.  This musical tells the story of the ultimate stage mother, Mama Rose, and her daughters.  This Broadway staple brings us songs we all know and love, such as “Everythings Comin’ Up Roses” and Let Me Entertain You”. This production contains mature material and is not recommended for children. Tickets are $17 for adults and $15 for seniors. COC – Neil Berg’s “101 Years on Broadway”

Health & Wellness Fair
When:  Saturday, Feb 25 from 9am-3pm
Where:  COC Student Center, 26455 N. Rockwell Cyn Rd, Valencia campus
Details:  SCV Chamber of Commerce brings us the 4th Annual Health & Wellness Fair sponsored by HMNMH.  Providence Holy Cross will host a blood drive.  Free cholesterol, glucose, balance, blood pressure and pulse/oxygen screenings will be available.  Other services being offered are stroke education, chair massage and children’s health activities.  Admission is free.  Call the Chamber at 661-702-6977.  Click here for more information.

LPAC – One Night of Queen

LPAC – Taiko Project Continuum

What: Canyon Country Optimist – “Chinese Quarter Auction” for MHF
When: Saturday, February 25 starting at 6:30pm
Where:
SCV Sports Complex, 20870 Centre Point Parkway
Details: Canyon Country Optimists and New Moon Restaurant are coming together for a “Chinese Quarter Auction”.  Last year 17 families from the Michael Hoefflin Foundation were sent to Porterville Cancer Camp.  This year the Canyon Country Optimists know that with our help more families can take part this year.  The tickets are $25 per person and include dinner and an evening of fun and prizes.  Click here for more information.

What: RK Downs Jazz Festival

Details: The RK Downs will be hosted by West Ranch High School.  Jazz ensembles from across the William S.
