Kids from all over the Santa Clarita Valley gathered to celebrate the annual Valencia Marketplace Spring Celebration on Saturday, April 4th 2015.
The event, hosted by KHTS, featured music by kids in local bands, arts and crafts, and various foods and snacks.
RockNacappella
RockNacappella is a Los Angeles-based a cappella performance group comprised of local talented kids & teens, specializing in pop, rock, musical theatre, patriotic and gospel genres.
Additional exciting elements to our pieces and performances include vocal percussion (beatboxing) and dance. RockNacappella performers range from 8 to 18-years-of-age.

Cultivating Creative Minds
Cultivating Creative Minds is a non-profit organization based in the Santa Clarita Valley with the mission to promote creative programs for young people, partner with schools to organize and execute enrichment programs that promote creative thinking, and to help schools find and sustain funding for creative programs.
Cultivating Creative Minds provides after-school Band, Chorus, Strings, Keyboarding and Guitar classes for students in the Sulphur Springs School District, Saugus School District and the Albert Einstein Academy. Students rehearse one hour a week throughout the school year with local teaching artists.
Students have many opportunities to perform throughout the year and every student in the District gathers together at the end of the year for a Spring Concert Finale.
In addition, Cultivating Creative Minds launched an annual Honor Band performance in the Sulphur Springs School District which brings together students from elementary schools with band students from Sierra Vista Jr. High and the Band students from Canyon High School.
