Eggstravaganza
Grab your Easter basket and head to Central Park this Saturday to search for hidden treats. Starting at 10 a.m., children ages 1-10 will be divided into sections of the park to find goodies left by Mr. E. Bunny. This event is free but participants are asked to bring a non-perishable or canned food item to donate to the Santa Clarita Food Pantry.

“Getting The Word Out” Benefit Concert
Help raise awareness for kids, teens, and adults with special needs by attending the “Getting the Word Out” Benefit Concert this Saturday. Held at Hart High School, this fundraiser includes singing, dancing, and live music performed by Blue Sky Reality and Headliners Glass Plastics. The performance starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $20.

A Journey Along The San Andrea’s Fault
Learn about some of the worst earthquakes in the history of California this Saturday at “A Journey Along The San Andres Fault.” Held at the Saugus Train Station at Hart Park, Dr. David Lynch will explain what the San Andrea’s Fault is and how it has affected Southern California. The presentation is free and starts at 2 p.m.

The Sanctuary and Northpark Services
Head to Northpark Community Church this Friday to reflect on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ at the Good Friday Service at 6 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. Then on Sunday celebrate his resurrection at The Sanctuary or Northpark Community Church. The Sanctuary’s services are 8 a.m., 9:45 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. Northpark’s service are 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 12 noon.

Vasquez Easter Service
Celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ this Saturday or Sunday at an Easter Service at Vasquez Rocks. Along with a pageant depicting the trial, crucifixion, and resurrection of Jesus, this service includes a re-enactment of Jesus’ final hours. The Saturday Service begins at 2 p.m. and the Sunday Service begins at 5 p.m. Admission is free.
