Jewelry World

Golden Valley High Holiday Concert
Golden Valley High School Band is putting on a holiday-themed concert that even Scrooge himself would love.  They will show off their new state-of-the-art theater and give us an evening of joyous music in a celebration of the season.  The Symphonic Band and Jazz Ensembles will be featured.  Bring the entire family and catch the holiday spirit Grizzly style.  There will be raffles and a silent auction to help support the Golden Valley Grizzly Marching Band.  The festive concert will be held Thursday at 7pm.  Admission is $5 at the door.  Children under 12 are free.  Golden Valley High is located at 27051 Robert C. Santa Clarita Ballet “Nutcracker”
Santa Clarita Ballet is ready to fill your senses with their 16th annual production of the holiday classic, The Nutcracker.  This not-to-be-missed seasonal favorite has incredible costumes, music and choreography combined with talented dancers.  You’ll be part of the party as you enjoy the growing Christmas tree and snow scene in Act 1.  In Act 2, you’ll follow Marie and her Nutcracker into a magical adventure in the land of Sweets where she meets the delightful Sugar Plum Fairy and is entertained by authentic Russian, Arabian and Chinese dancers.  Santa Clarita Ballet is holding two shows on Saturday, at 2pm and 8pm.  Sunday’s shows are at 2pm and 7pm.  The shows will be held at the Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons.  For tickets call Santa Clarita Ballet at 251-0366.

Canyon Theatre Guild-A Christmas Carol
Don’t let this weekend go by without seeing A Christmas Carol at the Canyon Theatre Guild.  This holiday mainstay will charm you with its magic.  This weekend is your last opportunity to fly with Ebenezer and the Spirits towards Tiny Tim’s blessing to us all.

Gentle Barn “Winterland”
There will be a white Christmas if Gentle Barn has anything to do with it.  Come to their “Winterland” for sledding; make a snowman, enjoy refreshments, unique holiday gifts and holiday music.  And of course, the Gentle Barn’s 130 loving animals will be on hand.  Gentle Barn supports animals rescued from severe abuse.  They are instrumental in the healing of at-risk inner city and special needs children.  Winterland at the Gentle Barn on Sunday will run from 10am-2pm.  The Gentle Barn is located at 15825 Sierra Highway.  Visit the website for, history, information and directions.  Check Gentle Barn’s website for possible cancellation due to rain.

Kenneally Acupuncture “Seasonal Event”
