The Nutcracker
Head to the Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons this weekend to see the Santa Clarita Ballet Company’s 16th annual performance of “The Nutcracker.”  Performances of this classic holiday ballet start this Friday at 8 p.m.

Kids Snow Day
Enjoy a day in a winter wonderland this Saturday at the Power Chevy Valencia’s Kids Snow Day.  Along with playing in the snow, guests are invited to snack on candy canes and hot chocolate.  This free event starts at 10 a.m.

Lecture: The Flu and You
Learn how seasonal acupuncture can help keep you healthy this holiday season at Kathleen Kenneally’s lecture, “The Flu and You.”  Starting at 7 p.m. on Thursday, this speech will discuss how to keep your body strong to avoid getting the flu.  Seating is limited so call ahead to reserve your seat.

Rent-A-Santa
Rent a Santa, Mrs. Claus, and elves from the Zonta Club of Santa Clarita to add a special touch to your Christmas party.  Santa rentals are $100 for one hour and $150 for two hours and are tax deductible.  Add to the festivities by renting a musician to play holiday music for your event.
