Jacob is preparing to return to work next week, and will need volunteer daytime, nighttime and overnight caregivers when the babies come home from the hospital.

In addition, Jacob is in need of gift cards for several specific restaurants he can take his four boys to for meals because of their food allergies: Red Robin, In N’ Out and Boston Market.

Tax deductible monetary donations for the Evans family can be made to the Santa Clarita Coalition, and 100 percent of these funds will go directly to the family.
