Open-air fair to celebrate full spectrum of creativity.

All weekend long, Old Town Newhall will come alive with creative activity as the City of Santa Clarita Festival of the Arts returns. More than 400 street artists will transform the Main Street blacktop into a gallery of chalk drawings, and live music, dance, and theatrical productions will be performed on two stages.

This year’s Festival will showcase the ‘process of art’ and give visitors a chance to both witness and participate in the creative process, from conception to creation to display. Booths and exhibits will be set up to allow community members to try their hand at painting, sculpture, dance, pottery, and more.

The event is free and open to the public. Free parking will be available at the Community Center on Market Street and at Wm. S. Hart Museum on Main Street.
