One Firefighter injured

The Fire Department has confirmed that a fire burned two Condo units at 26853 Claudette Road, near Rainbow Glen, in Canyon Country.

Fire ripped through all three stories of the building, and LA County Firefighters responded “first alarm” to the fire.

UPDATE: Michael Dowler from KHTS was on scene and was able to confirm that the two units were destroyed, both were three bedroom condos. One was downstairs and the other was upstairs.   

Fire Department officials have officially knocked down the fire.

No one was in the condos at the time of the fire, however one firefighter was injured. He suffered minor burns and heat exhaustion, and was treated and released.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
