Scattered showers and thunderstorms with the capacity to produce intense rainfall are expected, making recent burn areas exceptionally vulnerable. Any flash flooding in the burn areas could also be accompanied by mud and debris flows.

The warnings are in effect until 10 p.m. Monday evening.
