A Flood Watch For Flash Flooding Is In Effect For The Burn Areas Of Ventura And Los Angeles Counties Effective From 8 PM Today Until 3 PM Wednesday… There Is No Flooding Occurring Now. A Flood Watch Means Flooding Is Possible But Not Imminent In The Watch Area. People In These Areas Should Stay Abreast Of The Latest Developments And Be Prepared To Take Immediate Action If A Warning Is Issued Or Flooding Is Encountered.
