The Canyon Country resident pleaded guilty to accepting cash, cigars, a sink and vanity, and $29,000 loan in exchange for issuing and signing off on building permits between March 1, 2007 and Dec. 22, 2008.

In exchange for his plea, the remaining six counts of accepting bribes and one count of issuing a $30,000 check with insufficient funds were dismissed.

Ingraham, who no longer works for the city, was arrested Sept. 1 by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies.
