Four men are in custody after one of them grabbed a woman’s purse in the Trader Joe’s parking lot this afternoon.

The woman was confronted by a Hispanic man around 2:15 p.m., when he forcibly took the woman’s purse and jumped into a beige Saturn sedan and fled the location with three other men in the car.

The car was spotted and deputies conducted a traffic stop, arresting the four men for robbery. The victim’s purse was found in the suspect’s car.

In custody are Luis Quintanilla, 18; Richard Renteria, 18; Andres Garcia, 18 and a 17-year old male. They have been booked at Santa Clarita Valley sheriff’s station.
