Valencia Water offers conservation helpers to first 250 respondents.
Valencia Water Company has announced the availability of new, state-of-the-art weather-based irrigation controllers free for the first 250 customers that have a minimum of 2,500 square feet of irrigated landscaping and that sign up and attend a free class on irrigation conservation and plant water relations.
Valencia Water Company is working with Valencia homeowners and the City of Santa Clarita's Landscape Maintenance District to improve residential water efficiency by providing educational information and the installation of 250 weather-based irrigation controllers.

The irrigation conservation classes will be held at the Valencia Water Company located at 24631 Avenue Rockefeller in Valencia. The two available dates and times are:
Wednesday, May 28, 6-9 p.m.
Saturday, May 31, 8:30-11:30 a.m.
