Come see the World’s Largest Falafel Ball! That just one of the enticements to attend The Santa Clarita Valley’s Third Annual Jewish Food & Cultural Festival.

Known previously as the Jewish Food Festival the event will be on Sunday May 15, 2011 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm at the College of the Canyons Lot 7.

Temple Beth Ami and Congregation Beth Shalom, who host the event, say The 2011 Jewish Food & Cultural Festival is THE place to find great Jewish foods, shopping, live Jewish entertainment, and arts and crafts.

Besides the aforementioned falafel ball and its quest to make the Guinness World Record at 5 p.m., there will be a variety of food and activities:

Food trucks, including Canter’s delicatessen

Israeli dancing

Mitzvah Alley

Kugel Cookoff Contest

Music by Soul Aviv

Children’s Alley, featuring arts and crafts, a bounce house and more
