A local author uses a book to connect kids to their environment.
[view:node_ad=5]A Canyon Country woman has written a fictional book to help
educate children on environmental issues.
Author T. Katz wrote the book Miss L’eau to help inform
children about going green through the story of two boys and the ocean.
Miss L’eau is the tale of David and James who live in a
costal town and take the ocean for granted.
They discover that their teacher Miss L’eau has a secret that all
revolves around her blue-green eyes.
Ocean foundations and conservancy groups have given the book
excellent reviews as a fun and educational tool that can inform children about
how they can change the world and protect the ocean.
