A large brush fire is currently burning in the Gorman area.
As of Sunday afternoon, 200 fire fighters are trying to fight the fire which has burned over 2,500 acres.
There have been 3,000 people evacuated. There is no concern for traffic on the I-5 North and South. As of Sunday afternoon, the fire is about 80% contained, with the hope that it will be 100% contained by 6:00pm Sunday night. The fire started on Saturday afternoon.
