[view:node_ad=5]After a sizzling opening weekend, "Summer Lovin'" is sweeping the valley, and it's all happening at the Santa Clarita Performing Arts Center at College of the Canyons through August 18.

The 1950's style, the high spirited dancing and rock 'n roll, and unforgettable musical numbers make "Grease!" the show to see for teenagers of all ages.  Whether it is at a pajama party for the Pink Ladies, the prom, the Burger Palace, or the drive-in movie, Danny Zuko and his gum chewing, D.A. hair-styled Thunderbird buddies and their wise cracking girls bring sparkle and energy as paint the town with their singing and dancing, to the delight of theatre goers of all ages.

The songs made popular by John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John in the immensely popular movie rendition have been added to this SCRT production, so "You're the One that I Want," "Hopelessly Devoted," and "Sandy" are transported from silver screen and onto the stage.
