The following is an excerpt from the William S. Hart School District’s “What’s Good In Education” publication.

Mix It Up Day or Week – It’s a Positive Message for Local Schools
Mix It Up Day is a district-wide observance designed to break down social barriers and allow students to appreciate the differences which sometimes separate groups and individuals. Each school “mixed it up” in a different way and generated so many interesting activities that this entire issue of “What’s Good in Education” is dedicated to student efforts to reach across traditional boundaries.
