Melatonin is the brain chemical we most associate with quality sleep, but melatonin is also an immune system booster, powerful anti-oxidant, anti-aging, hormone modulator that because of its effect on Follicle Stimulating Hormone, can help with hot flashes.

In fact all of the brain chemicals, called neurotransmitters, are found in the digestive tract.

Because the surface area of the digestive tract would cover a football field and because the function of the digestive tract is to extract nutrients from food and move the waste product out of the body, it has been estimated that 80% of your immune system chemicals are in your digestive tract as well.

While a lot of money is spent every day on convincing you to take another pill, would you be willing to take a few minutes, every time you eat and really pay attention to what you are doing?

If you could have more energy without having another cup of coffee, soda or energy drink, would you?

If you could get rid of chronic aches and pains without having to take anti-inflammatory pain killers every day, would you?
