How To Avoid Those Pesky Headaches

Here are some headache prevention tips;  Avoid caffeine (chocolate, coffee, sodas) Avoid food with high salt/sugar content (most fast foods and snacks), Seek to identify and eliminate any food allergies (a common cause) and most important, get regular exercise. Also, if you have a sedentary job Drink 8 to 12 glasses of natural spring water daily, Reduce or eliminate alcoholic beverages • Supplementation with B complex vitamins, calcium/magnesium, EFA’s • Chiropractic adjustments to decrease muscle tension and pain.   Keep in mind that Chiropractic care and advice can help.
