How To Burn 900—2,500 Calories A Day At Hot Yoga Haven

By Rita Ward

I can’t believe the difference Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates have made in my life. I’ve only been attending since August 25 and added Hot Pilates about 2 months later. Hot Yoga challenges me to grow in my practice with each class while Hot Pilates targets and strengthens specific areas of the body.

Not only have I lost weight, gained incredible body strength and toned muscles, my regular yoga practice has eliminated food cravings and given my skin that beautiful yoga glow. During a single Hot Yoga class I’ve burned more than 900 calories. When I really went for it and added a second class, I’ve burned anywhere from 1,450 to 2,500 calories a day! How amazing is that?
