KHTS 1220 AM Radio staff members participated in Advocare’s 24 day challenge which encouraged health awareness. The Advocare challenge is a wellness program, which leads to an overall healthier lifestyle with proven results. The challenge promotes healthier living with the use of Advocare’s supplements and nutritional products.

During the 24 day challenge, KHTS staff focused on eating healthier options throughout the day, exercising several times a week and showed improvements in energy. Their personal testimonials give us more insight on their results with Advocare.

KHTS 1220 Radio’s Web Content Manager, Andrew Delgado, explains, “Losing weight is a challenge that I have struggled for most of my life. I have tried every diet and nothing seems to work. After hearing about the Advocare 24 day weight loss challenge, I decided to go for it,” Delgado said. “From day one I felt more energized, more alive and could feel my body changing for the better. The 24 day challenge consisted of two phases. The first phase is known as the cleanse phase which lasts for the first ten days. The purpose of the first phase is to rid your body of all the toxins and prepare it to receive the proper nutrients it needs. During this phase, participants drank a fiber drink, an Omega-3 fatty acid supplement and the Advocare Spark energy drink.  These supplements are combined with nutritional eating, exercising assist in weight loss, and increased energy in preparation for the second phase.

The second phase, the max phase, lasts from days 10-24. The purpose of this phase is to give your body the nutrients it needs in order to receive the best results. The three products used during this phase include the Metabolic Nutritional System – MNS which helps with appetite control and energy, Meal Replacement Shake and the AdvoCare Spark energy drink.
