Nationwide listeners can tune in to live streaming audio at www.hometownstation.com.

Tami will be discussing Back to School health tips; school lunches; processed meats; the damages of sugar; the harmful effects of food additives and preservatives as well as flavorings.  Ms. Hulcher works with a large autistic patient base through one of UCLA’s top physicians in the field.

“Tami is amazing.  She really cares about people and is passionate about life.  She understands the importance of nutrition and healthful living and has a wealth of information to share.   Tami is an inspiration and a true healer.   I'm proud to call Tami a friend and colleague,” says Dr. Susan Schmidt-Lackner, UCLA's Autism Program, Medical Director Vista Del Mar Child & Family Services, Assistant Clinical Professor UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute.

“It would be hard to top the enthusiasm, sincerity and energy of Tami Hulcher for promoting health and nutrition, especially in promoting health through proper diet," says Dr. T. Colin Campbell, PhD, Best Selling Author "The China Study"; Professor Emeritus Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University; researcher and author of over 300 research papers.

“The science is clear; much research has been revised – many food additives, colors, flavors and preservatives are harmful to our health, especially to our children, pregnant women and those with autoimmune disorders,” says Ms. Hulcher.  “We live in a very toxic food environment and many diseases and symptoms are caused by what we eat. Many people have no idea what’s in the food we eat and how it affects behavior, mood and our immune systems,” adds Ms. Hulcher. "Hot dogs and other processed meats, including ham, pepperoni, bacon, and sausage have been linked to cancer.  So why are our schools and other children's programs feeding them to our children?"

A featured guest speaker for the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine in Washington , D.C. , Tami has been lending her voice for their heart health series.  Ms. Hulcher also provides nutrition assemblies and lectures for schools, corporations, medical facilities, athletic clubs, health expos and conventions.

Ms. Hulcher is also speaking in Valencia Aug. 12th with her lecture "Eating for Your Teen Years & Beyond" at the Valencia Hills Club House @ 6:45pm.
