Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital will honor Howard P. “Buck” McKeon today for his steadfast support of Henry Mayo’s efforts to serve the healthcare needs of the Santa Clarita Valley with the establishment of the Howard P. “Buck” McKeon Health Leadership Award

The establishment of the award will be officially announced during a special breakfast with the Hospital Board of Directors, the Health Foundation Board of Directors; Hospital’s Management Council, and the Hospital’s Medical Executive Committee.

Honoring the Congressman as a visionary dedicated to community needs, hospital officials have established this award and will present it on an annual basis to individuals whose support has made a difference in the healthcare delivery in the Santa Clarita Valley.
