Once a year, the nurses and staff get a week long celebration.

Every year, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital holds “Nurse and Hospital Week.”

The event was held last week, and it offered a chance for the hospital to step back and say thank you to their employees, and to highlight different projects they are working on.

On Monday afternoon, the In N Out truck was on campus to whip up hamburgers and many flocked to the stage to sing Karaoke.

Wednesday afternoon there were some fun giveaways and some medical technology demonstrations taking place. KHTS was also on hand to broadcast several live interviews with employees.

The topic of conversation brought to light different employees’ job descriptions, education, and future projects. Click below to hear the interviews!
