Winds whipping through the Santa Clarita Valley have caused sporadic power outages in the Castaic and Stevenson Ranch areas, but according to sheriff’s officials, all power has been restored.

Around 5 p.m., winds knocked down a tree on the older portion of Decoro Drive east of Seco Canyon Road in Saugus, bringing down power lines. Power has since been restored.

A high wind advisory is in effect for the entire region. Click here for a complete weather story.
