Newhall Bike Company Feeds Less Fortunate Thanksgiving Day

Support Santa Clarita Valley families this Thanksgiving at the 2013 Giving-Thanks-Giving Feast, hosted by Newhall Bicycle Company.

Event coordinators are still seeking volunteers and food donations for the Thanksgiving Day event on Main Street in Newhall.

Food items that being accepted are turkeys, potatoes, stuffing, vegetables and any other traditional Thanksgiving foods.

Event coordinators are also in need of water bottles, plates, utensils, tinfoil, serving gloves, cutting boards, carving knives and large trash bags.

All donations can be brought to Main Street now until Thursday morning.

Non perishable donations can be dropped off at South Valley Church in Newhall.

Cooked foods can be delivered to the feast Thursday.

Event hosts are also asking community members to volunteer at the event.

Volunteers can sign up for shifts here.

Spots are still available for after 1:30 p.m.
