Dinner, a show, and helping others.
Heads Up Therapy On Horseback is holding a dinner banquet called “The Magic of Horses” on June 27.
The banquet is to raise money to allow the program to continue to help children and youth who are physically, mentally, and emotionally impaired.
Guests will be able to purchase seats for a catered dinner provided by Valley Grill, and enjoy an equestrian show, as well as a live and silent auction.
Heads Up Therapy On Horseback has been providing children and youth an alternative therapy since 1986.
Their program helps disabled children with balance, communication, socialization, and a host of other benefits by helping them ride on the back of horses.
The event starts at 6 p.m. and is hosted by Alcole Equestrian Center and The Carney Corral.
