Interstate 5 Closed Due To Down Power Lines

Interstate 5 lanes are closed in both directions due to downed power lines, according to CHP officials. The closure is near Placerita Canyon Road and continues to about Soledad Canyon Road, according to CHP officials.

The truck ramp is open, but all traffic lanes are closed.

Fire Department officials were on the scene, as well as California Highway Patrol officers. There was no ETA for when the lanes would be re-opened, according to officials, who received the call at approximately 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
