Final Results!

 

The official campaigning for our Santa Clarita local elected offices has come to an end for 2007, and KHTS has the final results, as incumbents hold on to their seats.   

 

Newhall County Water Board – 2 seats available

100% of precincts reporting

 

Lynne Plambeck (incumbent)  1,199 votes

Daniel Mortensen (challenger)  1,127 votes

Rachel Neville  (challenger) 1,052 votes

 

William S. Hart School Board – 2 seats available

100% of precincts reporting

 

Gloria Mercado-Fortine (incumbent) 6,645 votes 

Steven Sturgeon (incumbent) 6,403 votes

Joe Messina  (challenger) 5,579 votes

 

Newhall School Governing Board – 2 seats available 

100% of precincts reporting

 

Michael Shapiro (incumbent) 2,081 votes

Suzan Soloman (incumbent) 1,942 votes

Christy Smith (challenger) 1,492 votes

Donald Rimac (withdrew) 1,027 votes
