Northbound traffic restricted to center divider.

Three northbound lanes of the Golden State Freeway will be blocked until approximately 2 p.m. as Caltrans officials clear a jackknifed truck that was carrying a mobile home.

The driver of the truck escaped injury when the wind caused the truck and its cargo to tip over across all northbound lanes. Traffic is restricted to passing on the center divider.
