* Tickets for Jay Leno – To order tickets for the Jay Leno Benefit Performance, please send your check, plus $1 for postage & handling to: Imagination Station, PO Box 220983, Newhall, CA 91321. Please make your tax-deductible checks payable to EOPF, and write "Jay Leno" in the memo line. Your tickets and a receipt will be mailed within 24 hours of receipt of your order. * How YOU can help…We need more volunteers to assist with the Jay Leno Benefit. We will need about 12 Ushers, 4 people to sell bottled water, a couple of people to run the raffle table ticket sales/silent auction, parking lot attendants, runners, security, and decorations. Please drop us a note if you will be able to help in any of these capacities. Please note that if you are working in some of these positions you may or may not be able to watch the show.
* If you would like to ADVERTISE in the Jay Leno Program: Programs will be 17" x 11" (folded in half = 8 1/2 " x 11 "). A business-card sized ad will run $35, a 1/4 page will be $50, a 1/2 page will be $100 and a full page will run $200. The inside front cover will run $275 for a full page ad, and the inside back cover will run $250 for a full page ad. Please submit camera ready artwork along with your check to: Imagination Station, PO Box 220983, Newhall, CA 91321. "Best Wishes/Good Luck" Section of the Jay Leno program is where families can send their good wishes to the Ewarts and Bakers. These "ads" will be available in 3 sizes. Small (1" x 2") – $10.00 each, Medium (2" x 2") – $20.00 and Large (Business Card Size) – $35.00. Please send us what you’d like your ad to say, and include a check (payable to EOPF, with "Jay Leno" in the memo line) to: Imagination Station, PO Box 220983, Newhall, CA 91321. All personal ads are due by March 10, 2006.
