Jenifer Natto To Serve As General Manager For The Outlets At Tejon

The Outlets at Tejon, California’s new brand in outlet shopping, announced the selection of Jenifer Natto to serve as the center’s new General Manager, according to a news release.

Developed by Tejon Ranch Co. and The Rockefeller Group, the 320,000-square-foot outlet center is in Kern County and are Outlets At Tejon To Host Veteran Job And Resource Fair June 24located off of Interstate 5 about an hour north of Santa Clarita.

The Outlets at Tejon hosts more than 70 retailers.

“Jenifer brings a sterling reputation and two decades of experience in retail and commercial real estate with a particular emphasis in outlet marketing and management to the Outlets at Tejon,” said Hugh McMahon, Vice President of Commercial & Industrial Real Estate for Tejon Ranch Co.

“Her in-depth knowledge of how to attract new brands and generate maximum consumer interest and excitement in the outlet sector will be invaluable as we continue to expand our center and give shoppers what they come to the Outlets at Tejon for—a superior outlet shopping experience.  She is a dynamic and creative addition to our team.”

Natto brings with her more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate in a variety of areas including the management of shopping centers and outlet retail, kiosks and low-rise office buildings, according to the news release.

She also has extensive experience leading and training property management teams and creating opportunities for additional income.

Most recently Natto served as Vice President in the Honolulu office of Colliers International where she led a team of retail managers responsible for the management of a large portfolio of retail assets.

Prior to her tenure at Colliers, Natto managed Waikele Premium Outlets on the island of Oahu and the Gilroy Premium Outlets in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Natto is a previous recipient of the Colliers International Circle of Excellence Award, according to the news release.

She resides in Bakersfield where she also received her B.S. from the California State University, Bakersfield.

Avison Young, led by outlet property specialists Lisa Wagner and Jacquelin Young, assisted in the development and roll-out of the new center, while the leasing effort was led by EB Development.

It has a high profile roster of tenants including the only current Pottery Barn outlet store in California, H&M, Coach, GAP, Banana Republic, J. Crew, Brooks Brothers, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Chico’s, White House/Black Market, Le Creuset and many more.
