Goaltender Jean-Sebastien Aubin placed on injured reserve
[view:node_ad=5]The Los Angeles Kings have announced their 23-man player roster for the 2007-08 NHL season.Goaltender Jean-Sebastien Aubin was today placed on the injured reserve list (retroactive to September 26) with a groin injury.

The Kings are scheduled to host St. Louis for their home opener at STAPLES Center on Saturday, October 6, at 7:30 p.m.
Opening Night for the Kings at STAPLES Center on Saturday will be presented by the Walden Media and 20th Century Fox movie The Seeker, only in theaters October 5. As part of Opening Night festivities, the Kings will roll out the red carpet – literally – for the club's players upon their arrival to the arena. Fans are encouraged to meet the players as they arrive at the top of the loading ramp — which is located at the Lot 1 entrance at Georgia and Chick Hearn Court, next to the security shack – at about 4 p.m.
In addition, Los Angeles Kings alumni Rogie Vachon, Marcel Dionne, Marty McSorley and Adam Deadmarsh are scheduled to be on hand for a pre-game ceremony at approximately 7:15 p.m. as the club ushers in its fifth decade of hockey.
