During these tough economic times, every penny you earn is valuable. From 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 23, the City of Santa Clarita will host a free Enterprise Zone Breakfast Workshop to help businesses keep what they earn.

This informational workshop will include a complimentary continental breakfast and provide local businesses with information on how to reduce their State income taxes.

Representatives from the City’s Economic Development Division will facilitate the program that is being sponsored by Tim DiTomaso of DiTomaso Incentive Group.

The workshop will show local businesses how they can benefit from the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone program on their state income taxes and where to go for additional information. Businesses located in the zone may be able to reduce their state income tax by 50% or more.

“If you are a business in the Enterprise Zone or looking to relocate into the Santa Clarita Enterprise Zone, this free workshop will offer valuable information for your business,” said Mayor Laurene Weste.

The workshop will be held at the Santa Clarita Transit Maintenance Facility located at 28250 Constellation Road and parking is free.
