On Friday evening, March 2nd, the MacMillan Ranch home of Carl Goldman & Jeri Seratti-Goldman will be the site of the first in a series of “Salon Performances.”
The Theatre Project/SCV is hosting a “de-lovely” evening saluting the works of Noel Coward and Cole Porter to encourage membership in THE CORPORATE 100, a core group of local businesses joined to support the creation of a new Santa Clarita Valley theatre company that will bring professional theatre close to home, with an emphasis on great Broadway musicals.
Guests will enjoy wine and light hors d’oeuvres, and get treated to musical and dramatic performances featuring actors from Broadway, film and television. Actress Linda Gray, who is best known for her long-running portrayal of Sue Ellen Ewing on television’s Dallas, and Priscila Kelly on The Bold and the Beautiful have committed to the evening.
Also scheduled to perform in this intimate setting are Broadway performers Julia Gregory (Showboat, Joseph…, Damn Yankees, etc.), Victoria Oscar (Annie, Les Misérables) and composer/recording artist Scotch Ellis-Loring, among other surprise celebrities.
Carl Goldman and Jeri Seratti-Goldman are owners of Santa Clarita’s hometown radio station, KHTS AM 1220 and have been ardent and enthusiastic supporters of The Theatre Project/SCV.
