When Katy Moffatt was a young girl, she would come home from school, eat dinner and head off to bed but not before setting her alarm to go off at midnight. Then, she would get up and do her homework to the sounds of Top 40 radio. This was the beginning of a musical journey that spans 30-years.

Country singer songwriter Katy Moffatt set her alarm clock to go off early on Saturday, September 16, and dropped by AM-1220 KHTS to perform LIVE on Along The Trail.

Along the Trail – with John Tabak is heard Saturday mornings at 9am on AM-1220 KHTS and on the web at www.hometownstation.com

Katy Moffatt, a Santa Clarita resident, has been entertaining music lovers everywhere for more than three decades. She performs all over Southern California and has appeared at the Santa Clarita Cowboy Festival – held each spring at the Melody Motion Picture Ranch. In addition to the festival, her schedule takes her on the road in the US and abroad with more than 200 dates a year.

With more than a dozen albums to her credit, Katy Moffatt is once again heading back into the recording studio to begin working on a new album.
