Local Girl’s Singing Career Hits High Note

Last weekend, a 7th grade Rancho Pico Jr. High student got the chance of a lifetime; to sing the National Anthem and God Bless America during a game at Dodger stadium.

[view:node_ad=5] Camille Gray won her chance to sing at Santa Clarita Dodger Day on Sunday April 19th after auditioning before a local Dodger Day committee and getting final approval from the Dodgers organization.

She’s no stranger to the spotlight, having performed in numerous school plays at Stevenson Ranch Elementary, Rancho Pico Jr. High and Christ Lutheran Church.

Camille’s ultimate dream is to perform in musical theatre.

At just the 7th grade level she sang a flawless rendition of the National Anthem before a crowd at Dodger stadium before the game and drew applause in the 7th inning after singing God Bless America.
