Two games to be played at Staples Center, another in Las Vegas.
[view:node_ad=5]The Los Angeles Kings today announced their preseason schedule for the 2008-09 NHL season. The Kings are currently scheduled to play seven games overall, including two at STAPLES Center — September 22 versus the Phoenix Coyotes and September 30 versus the Anaheim Ducks.
In addition to the two home games at STAPLES Center , the Kings will play at Colorado on September 24, at Anaheim on October 1 and at Phoenix on October 5.
The club’s 2008 preseason schedule also features the following two games that were previously announced: The Kings will host Colorado in Las Vegas at the MGM Grand on September 27 as part of “Frozen Fury XI,” and the Kings will play in Kansas City at the new Sprint Center on September 22.
Tickets for the Kings preseason games at STAPLES Center will go on sale later this summer. Ticket information for the Kings game in Las Vegas is scheduled to be announced later this week, and tickets for the game in Kansas City are now available for purchase.
