The Old Road Realignment: The construction is over 90 percent complete. The roadway will be fully capped and all driveways to restaurant row will be constructed by the end of the month. All businesses in the surrounding construction area will remain open during construction activities.

Northbound Off-Ramp: The contractor will begin the construction of the partial widening the beginning of the month. This work will not impact the existing detour for the northbound off-ramp. The complete ramp closure will take place at a later time with Caltrans’ approval. The ramp closure will remain for a maximum of four weeks.

Southbound On-Ramp: Opened on April 3, 2009.

Signage: Detours and roadway signs are in place to assist the operational needs of the public. Please proceed with caution. The City appreciates motorists’ continued patience and attention to the temporary roadway changes during this public improvement.
