The Valley Industrial Association has announced that the U.S. Navy and U.S. Air Force small business procurement offices will be in this year’s VIA B2B Industry Show.

The show, which takes place from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., on May 20, will be held at the Valencia Industrial Center.

The Navy and Air Force small business divisions will exhibit in the Supplier Showcase, along with 75 other businesses and organizations.

Attendees will have the opportunity to stop by the respective booths to meet officers, discuss how to best do business with military facilities and receive information on procurement practices.

Naval and Air Force representatives will also participate in Backstage Connections, which provides qualified exhibitors a 15-minute uninterrupted block of time to meet face-to-face and provide key executives with information on their businesses.

Representing the Navy will be Raymond Brothers, Deputy for Small Business, Specialty Center Acquisition, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC); Daniel Deconzo, Contracts Specialist Team Lead, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Corona Division, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA); and, Nelson Nailat, Assistant Deputy for Small Business, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Port Hueneme Division, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
