In response to overcrowding, the City introduces brand new line of buses.
The City of Santa Clarita has just introduced a new kind of public transportation, a "bendy" bus. These 60 foot, green and blue vehicles have a joint in the middle, and can hold up to 100 passengers safely.
These buses will be help the city avoid overcrowding, and city coordinator Alisha Celestine says that these buses will come in handy in the fall. “Many of the buses that had a junior high or high school route were overcrowded, but, the new “bendy buses” will be great when the kids come out of school.”
Although some of these buses are already on the road, most will be introduced throughout the year.
