Residents of the Polynesian Moblie Home Park, on the corner of San Fernando Road and Sierra Highway, are trapped once again….

The mobile home park has only one entrance and below it are two wide metal pipes under which a creek flows.  It has flooded now for the third time in three months as a results of the last few rainstorms passing through the SCV.
