Ray Tibbets, Janice Murray, & Jimmy Carnelli
On December 17, 2012 we welcomed Circle Of Hope to the KHTS Commuinty Resource Kiosk at the mall and featured Ray Tibbets and musician Jimmy Carnelli on the KHTS Non-Profit Spotlight.
The Non-Profit Spotlight – hosted by Janice Murray , airs every Monday at 10am.
Circle of Hope provides education and support services for uninsured and underinsured individuals with breast cancer, their families, and the community.
Circle of Hope improves the lives of breast cancer patients and their families by providing education and support services today, so they have a brighter future tomorrow.
Financial burdens are devastating to breast cancer patients and their families. Circle of Hope wants the focus to be on recovery, not debt, so they provide financial and emotional support that helps increases their clients’ chance of success in their battle with breast cancer. They help clients access and understand the treatment process and provide financial assistance for medications, co-pays, second opinions, testing and COBRA payments. Additionally, Circle of Hope educates youth and adults on the importance of early detection and ways to lower their risk for breast cancer.
Circle of Hope is recognized as an important resource for individuals with breast cancer by the community, medical professionals, survivors and their families. They are supported by community members in the form of monetary donations and attendance at their various fund raising events, as well as generous time donations by our caring volunteers. This support makes it possible for Circle of Hope to increase its ability to reach out to the ever-growing number of patients and families who need our services.
We want to thankRay Tibbets and Musician Jimmy Carnelli for stopping by to talk about Circle Of Hope.
