The KHTS Community Resource Station was pleased to welcome back College of the Canyons for the week of May 14th, 2007. The KHTS Non-Profit Spotlight Show, hosted by Janice Murray and sponsored by Valencia Acura, featured COC representatives who came on-air to update us on everything happening at the college.

Now in its 37th year, College of the Canyons is the fastest growing community college in California. With classes offered at their campus in Valencia, online courses, extension classes for adults and children and the degree programs available through the University Center, COC continues to be an important educational resource for the Santa Clarita Valley.

College of the Canyon is currently constructing their new Canyon Country campus.
A 70-acre site located just off Sierra Highway. The grand opening is September 15th, 2007. Classes will begin at this location in the fall.
