The 2018 Wells Fargo Executive Directors Leadership Institute (EDLI) is a 12-month leadership coaching program designed to help both new and experienced Executive Directors transform their leadership, strengthen their network and guide their organizations toward long-term.

“It is something worth pursuing and checking out, it’s a wonderful opportunity for everyone,” said Brigette Loden, executive director for the Community Foundation of The Valleys.

This program provides dedicated one-on-one coaching, peer learning and comprehensive training to help nonprofit leaders turn their visions into reality. EDLI activities also can be aligned with VNR educational workshops and ongoing technical assistance.

The early-bird deadline for applications is September 22, 2017 and the general deadline is October 5, 2017.
