All lanes of San Fernando Rd. off ramp now open.

Update: 11:17 a.m.

The California Highway Patrol has announced that the SigAlert issued for the San Fernando Road off ramp from the Northbound 14 freeway has been canceled. All lanes are open and traffic is flowing smoothly.

An overturned big rig had forced the closure of the lanes for over two hours.
