Nutrition and Health educator and author Tami Hulcher will bring her national lecture tour to the Valencia Hills Club House on May 22 at 6:45 p.m.
At the event, Hulcher will talk about foods that help and heal, what foods to avoid, and why fruits and veggies really do matter. “I won’t be shaking or pointing my finger at you,” said Hulcher. “I will be pointing the way to better health!”

Hulcher is a nutrition consultant for various healthcare professionals including a UCLA autism specialist. She has testified on Capitol Hill for children’s school lunch program and has been lecturing in schools for more than 12 years.
Known as “The Queen of Health”, Hulcher is a mother of three children, a health educator, guest of TV and radio, a writer, and a certified cooking instructor. Her passions are children’s nutrition, obesity, cancer awareness, and the environment. She is a “Mom on a Mission” and has become the voice of thousands of concerned parents, educators and health advocates. Hulcher has been the keynote speaker for The American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women; American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life; The Vegetarian Society’s annual event, among others. She has served as moderator and/or panelist for various health and nutrition events, including expos and conferences.
“It would be hard to top the enthusiasm, sincerity and energy of Tami Hulcher for promoting health and nutrition, especially in promoting health through proper diet,” said Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Professor Emeritus Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University.
Hulcher has been a featured keynote speaker for various events and organizations including the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, Whole Planet Whole Children Expo, the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Wellness Forum, Pepperdine, UCLA, University of Richmond, UPS, Boeing, SO CAL Gas Co., and many more.
She has been featured on television and radio, including national call-in shows and interviews, and she has numerous articles published in various magazines. She has been featured in Working Mother Magazine twice and was nominated for “Mother of the Year.”
Continuing her passion for helping others and making a difference, Hulcher has recently returned to college to pursue her RN nursing degree and is currently a member of Phi Theta Kappa.
The Valencia Hills Club House is located at 24060 Oak Vale Drive in Valencia near Wiley Canyon and Tournament Road.
