Cabrillo Music Theatre announces auditions for the regional professional premiere of the Broadway hit, Legally Blonde: The Musical!

Cabrillo’s Legally Blonde will be directed and choreographed by the New York Cast’s Tiffany Engen and will be modeled on the original Tony Award-nominated Broadway choreography.

Legally Blonde: The Musical will play Jul. 19 through 28, in the Kavli Theatre at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center, Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza. Rehearsals begin Jun. 10 for non-Equity performers, and Jun. 24 for Equity performers.

Auditions for Equity principle roles will take place Feb. 25, from 10:15 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Madilyn Clark Studios, 10852 Burbank Blvd., N. Hollywood, CA 91601.

Auditions for non-Equity actors will take place on Feb. 23, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Feb. 24, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Feb. 26, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Hillcrest Center for the Arts, 403 W. Hillcrest, Thousand Oaks, CA 91360.

All auditions and callbacks are by appointment only.

Audition appointments will be taken beginning Feb. 4th. Bring a picture and resume. All roles are open, and all roles are available to non-union performers. Actors’ Equity contracts available for some roles. There is pay for all roles.
